FREE White Glove Delivery
All of our massage chairs (with the exception of the SOL) come with FREE white glove delivery everywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. White Glove delivery includes long-haul freight, a call to you to set a delivery window, dispatch of a local two person crew, transfer from the delivery truck to the room of your choice, assembly of the chair, and disposal of boxes and packing materials.
How long does delivery take?
Allow two weeks from day of confirmed order for your chair to arrive at your home. The only exception to this rule applies to isolated small cities and rural areas, where delivery could take up to three weeks.
I need expedited delivery
We can work with our carriers to accommodate birthday, holiday, and other time-critical deliveries. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us. We can explore delivery options with you and find the one that best suits your needs.
Is there a way to track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your item has been confirmed shipped (typically within 1 business day after you complete checkout).
What do I need to be ready for delivery?
Have a space ready for the massage chair to be placed. If you are going to be using it on a hard surface, we recommend putting a carpet or mat under the chair to help reduce noise and protect your floor. Upon delivery, please inspect the item thoroughly before the delivery team leaves, and contact us immediately if there is any damage to your massage chair.
How do I report damaged items?
Please contact us at 833-387-5907 immediately to report any damaged product. The sooner we know about a problem, the faster and better we can resolve it. Please contact us while the delivery team is still at your home.
We can resolve most cosmetic issues in-home through the manufacturer’s service department. We have outstanding relationships with the manufacturers we curate, and we can resolve issues promptly without fuss. You can continue to use your chair while cosmetic repairs are completed without the hassle of removal and redelivery.
We’ll arrange a swap for chairs damaged beyond repair.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please contact us for a custom quote. Most deliveries to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are curbside freight instead of white glove delivery due to lack of service availability.
