When ordering from WBMC.com, you will ALWAYS receive “white glove service.” Here are the differences:
Freight shipping refers to your massage chair being shipped to your house for curbside delivery.
White Glove Delivery means that the chair will be shipped to your house, brought inside the home and is fully assembled before the delivery team leaves.
The delivery time frame of your chair will depend on the delivery destination. Most of our vendor’s warehouses are on the west coast. Please allow up to two weeks for your chair to arrive. Please note that these are only estimates and they are subject to change, particularly during holidays or instances of severe weather.
Once your order has been shipped and the delivery company has provided tracking, we will send you that information to the email you provided during checkout. This is typically within the first 3 business days of placing the order.

We are extremely sorry that our product didn’t meet your expectations. As soon as you have made the decision to return your chair, please give us a call at 888-870-2291. We must provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) before you can return your chair. You will then be responsible for packaging the chair and shipping it back to us. In order for your return to be valid, it must be processed within 60 days of receiving the product. Please remember to use all original packing materials and to include any accessories that came with the chair. Items returned without an RA will be refused.
